Gina LaRoche
Gina LaRoche is a founding partner of Seven Stones Leadership, a professional services firm advancing the practice of leadership, wisdom, courage and sufficiency. She leverages over 20 years of experience in delivering executive programs that have challenged leaders, teams and entrepreneurs to accelerate results using vision, strategy and accountability for execution.
Seven Stones was created to fulfill on the supposition that meaningful effective leadership requires the exposure of assumptions that guide organizations. Once uncovered, organizations can create a new set of beliefs, ones which if embraced and enacted would powerfully shift the company toward the mindset of sufficiency. The concept of Sufficiency asserts that there are enough resources to sustain all and a global economy based on these principles would be very different world in which to compete. We work with individuals, executives, teams and corporate systems who want to create a culture of trust, integrity and sustainability.
Gina serves as a visiting faculty member for executive education programs at Simmons School of Management. She started her career as a sales professional at IBM where she received numerous excellence awards. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA from Georgetown University. She is married to Alan Price and has two elementary age sons.
Jennifer Cohen
Jennifer Cohen is a founding partner of Seven Stones Leadership, a professional services firm advancing the practice of leadership, wisdom, courage and sufficiency. She leverages over 15 years of experience in coaching top managers to achieve outstanding results as well as being a coach’s coach. Jennifer’s fresh approach to leadership development is informed by communication theories ranging from quantum physics to philosophy and honed in the practical crucible of coaching hundreds of people.

Jennifer is certified as a Master Coach by The Strozzi Institute for Leadership and Mastery, where she studied for more than a decade. She has been studying the art and science of coaching since 1992, and is skilled in leadership and business development, diversity, performance, and conflict resolution. She has a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the Antioch New England Graduate School, and she did her undergraduate work in philosophy at Oberlin and Barnard.
Shea Adelson
Shea Adelson is an Associate of Seven Stones Leadership, a professional services firm advancing the practice of leadership, wisdom, courage and sufficiency. She leverages a decade of experience across many disciplines, including corporate research and analysis, executive coaching and the embodiment arts to deliver programs that create high level, sustainable change for groups and individuals. Shea pulls from a wide berth of tools when she teaches, including Action Science, SAVI Communications, Appreciative Inquiry, ontology, somatics and mindfulness practices.

In addition to teaching, facilitating and coaching for Seven Stones, Shea helps visionary thinkers and trainers develop their body of work through a collaborative and coaching approach to writing. She was trained in the art and science of coaching at Falling Awake, a unique ICF accredited coaches training program. Shea is also a certified yoga teacher and instructor of Nia, a mind-body fitness discipline that integrates principals from the dance arts, healing arts and martial arts. She holds a BA in anthropology from Tufts University. She is married and has a young daughter.
Anne Gottlieb
Anne Gottlieb’s coaching experience spans a wide range of disciplines.
She has worked with authors, lawyers, actors, teachers, nurses, therapists,
executives, computer specialists, and other professionals to enhance
the originality, depth, and confidence of their speaking and presenting.
In addition to her private practice, Anne has taught communication skills,
acting, and voice in universities and professional studios throughout
New England. She has worked in professional theater for nearly 20 years
as a teacher, director, and actress. Anne’s diverse background has equipped
her with a myriad of tools for helping clients overcome their obstacles
and achieve remarkable results.
