Trusted Advisor Council

Tapping the Wisdom of Your Community

Sufficiency – the experience of being enough – exists only within the context of our interdependence.
~Seven Stones Leadership

  • In a transition?
  • Stumped by a problem?
  • Looking for guidance?

We often forget that “it takes a village,” that “no man is an island,” and “two heads are better than one.” In this unique 2-hour session facilitated by a Seven Stones coach you are at the center of your most trusted community members. Whether you are a long time practitioner of personal development or are curious to begin a journey of self-investigation, you will benefit from the magic of your community coming together just for you, to harvest thee deep wisdom inherent in a group of your most trusted advisors, the people who you go to individually in times of needing input and answers.

Together with a coach you will:

  1. Distinguish your 3-7 most trusted people – friends, family, colleagues and invite them formally into your process
  2. Discern what you want from the experience
  3. Prepare for the session through a writing and reflection process
  4. Co-create “the agenda” – objectives and context
  5. Be coached how to receive the input, before, during and after the session
  6. Engage in a powerful and contained 2-hour facilitated session
  7. Follow-up to craft next steps

This offering is $595 and consists of 60-90 minutes of preparation work, a 2-hour council call, and follow up call with your facilitator within 7 days of the council. Please contact us here. Click here to purchase.

You will come away with a concrete outcome, and we have discovered that your community of advisors also benefit. Participants have reported having transformative shifts and ‘a-ha’ moments from bearing witness and engagement as community members.

The council Shea coordinated for me was such a gift. One of my first thoughts after the call was: “I wish everyone could experience this!” Shea provided an organized and guided yet free and expansive space for me to share ideas with and receive feedback from my most trusted advisors and friends. Although the council was gathered for the primary purpose of helping me find career direction, it turned into something much larger. Being in that space allowed for communication and understanding about the underlying needs surrounding my career desires. I was also able to discover some patters of thinking I tend to exercise that don’t help me in my pursuit. The call not only gave me essential tools I need to move forward with my career choices, but it also gave me insight into how to enhance my own personal development and improve my relationships. I left the call feeling so recharged, understood, accepted, and inspired. I highly recommend this service for anyone facing a difficult decision, feeling blocked, or simply needing a reminder of their enoughness. – Allison
