Jessica Goldfin is a leadership and organizational coach and consultant with Seven Stones
Leadership Group. She has 15 years of experience working across public, private, and social
sectors as an executive coach, team builder, and organizational development strategist. Jess is
passionate about helping leaders expand their capacity to be present, grounded, resourceful,
and confident, and her mission is to support and inspire feminine, feminist leadership. Her
practice is deeply informed by her intuition and pragmatism and is rooted in the principles of
Presence-Based Coaching.
Jess specializes in supporting leaders as they navigate transitions, transformations, and new
thresholds within their organizations. She partners with C-Suite executives, startup founders,
nonprofit leaders, highly visible intrapreneurs, cross-functional teams, and rising stars across a
wide range of organizations to ensure they are ready and able to lead through uncertainty and
change. Her clients have included Google, Walmart, K.Hovnanian Homes, Vangst, Kate
McLeod, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Center for Civic Design, and the American
Modern Opera Company.
Prior to launching her own dedicated coaching practice, she served as Vice President of HR
and People Operations at goTenna, a fast-growing Series C tech startup, and has held
leadership roles focused on people, culture, and leadership development at Biogen, MIT Media
Lab, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
Jessica holds professional certifications from Co-Active Training Institute, International
Coaching Federation, and Insights Discovery. She received her MBA with Distinction from
Harvard Business School where she researched early indicators of dysfunction within early-
stage startups and served as the inaugural Chief Wellness Officer.
Jessica lives on Penobscot Lands in Midcoast Maine with her partner and pup.
