Sufficiency is fleeting and I must relearn it over and over again

I was born knowing I was enough and I forgot

I remembered at five and yet I forgot

I held it at 10 and yet I forgot

I glimpsed it at 20 and yet I forgot

I mastered it at 40 and still I forgot

I experienced it yesterday and yet I forgot

In this moment

I remember

Sufficiency

I am whole

I am complete

I am enough
