What needs your attention so you can end your year with an open heart and a quiet mind?
On Friday, December 12th from 12-1pm ET, the Seven Stones Community regathers for our 16th Annual Completion Call!
We’d love to have you join us by RSVPing here >
Without completion, we move forward carrying a heavy load from the past.
When we take the time to complete, we make room for truly amazing and unexpected creations. We invite you to engage in this work to pause, reflect, and take stock of all that was for 2025, and clear a path for 2026.
This year we want to do something a bit different.
In this world moment, ending the year with an open heart and a quiet mind is quite the call.
This year seems to have ushered in many endings. As we sit at the end of an era, at the end of truth, at the end of our world as we have known it, how do we approach being complete?
Together.
We need each other. One mind. One heart. Let’s sit, as Bayo Akomalafe would say, at the cracks and let them open within and among us. Let’s grieve together; Move together; Let go together; Praise for the gifts of our losses this year and for our victories.
Let’s remember together that no matter what, we are always in command of our attention and of our creations.
Please make sure to:
- Bring a journal and something to write with.
- Be in a comfortable, quiet space where you can focus on yourself.
“The waning light is the reminder that everything is temporary, transient and delicate; no part of life is yours to keep. We must allow the things we love to die, and slip away with ease, like the fragrant warmth of blankets pulled fresh from the dryer.
Of course you’d keep them if you could. But you can’t. They were never yours.
And in letting go, you feel the clarity and poignancy which is the point of grief: loss gifts you the radiant beauty of living as only seen from the edge of its own vanishing.”
