When: May 22nd, 2025 from 12pm-1:15pm ET
Where: Zoom

Facilitated by Anca van Assendelft, Master Breathwork Expert, Leadership Consultant and beloved Seven Stones Practitioner.
Your breath is perhaps the most overlooked tool for improving daily performance and wellbeing. While we take around 20,000 breaths each day, the powerful practice of conscious connected breathing can transform our breathing pattern into a powerful asset for managing our mental and physical state.
Conscious connected breathing – the practice of actively engaging with your breath – offers tangible benefits backed by research. From reducing workplace stress to improving mental clarity, this simple yet effective technique has helped professionals across industries find better focus, emotional balance, and resilience in their daily work. Regular practice can shift leaders from surviving the day to truly thriving in it. We will practice a particular version of conscious breathing called the “three part conscious connect breath.” This one has withstood the text of time and is practiced by navy seals, somatic practitioners, and business leaders alike.
Join us in this emergent “three part breath practice” to:
- Learn about breathwork and gain firsthand familiarity with a “three part”breath practice.
- Immerse yourself in a guided breathwork journey experience.
- Explore what is possible when practicing this technique.
- Walk away with a simple yet effective practice for enhancing your life.
In this session we will primarily focus on the hands-on practice – vs overviewing the breathwork landscape. You’ll want to be in a place where preferably you can lay down – so that you are most supported.
If you enjoy this experience, participating in this session also gives you access to a monthly open practice circle where you can deepen your breathwork journey in community.
Breath is available to us all. What we can do with it, is powerful.
