Ana Sanjuan, MSM, is a seasoned leadership coach, management consultant, and educator with a 25-year career focused on the intersection of personal mastery, leadership, and organizational performance.

Ana partners with individuals and teams committed to unlocking their fullest potential to achieve personal, professional, and collective goals of significance. Her services include executive coaching, management consulting, strategic advising, facilitation, and assessments.

As an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, Ana has worked extensively across sectors, including Corporate, Nonprofit and Higher Education. She has supported Chief Marketing Officers, Senior Vice Presidents, Founders,and Global Directors. Ana engages both the internal and external facets of leadership, enhancing capacity through team engagement, strategic planning, and decision-making, while also fostering personal growth in mindset, purpose, and authenticity.

As a veteran leader of personal and professional education, Ana has developed innumerable programs at the intersection of leadership, psychology, evidence-based holistic health, and contemplative practices that promote wellbeing and create environments where leaders thrive. 

As a first-generation immigrant and child of war refugees, Ana brings firsthand insight into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by emerging leaders from diverse economic, racial, or cultural backgrounds. She specializes in helping individuals leverage their strengths, overcome limitations, and embrace their personal history to maximize their impact in leadership and life.

Ana holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Adult Education, along with a BS in Research Psychology. Her extensive training and certifications include Executive Coaching, Purpose Guiding, Positive Intelligence, Trauma-Informed Coaching, and various modalities in contemplative practices and holistic health.

Ana and her husband, married for 25 years, reside in the Hudson Valley of New York, where they enjoy traveling with their two adult sons.
