Annick Routhier Labadie brings over a decade of experience in supporting leaders at individual, team, and organizational levels, to her role at Seven Stones Leadership. Her work integrates leadership development, equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI), and change management. Annick’s approach is characterized by her playfulness, wit, and creativity, fostering shifts in how people view the world and their roles within it.
Annick founded Humans & Company, a Canadian boutique firm, where she develops lasting client relationships and leads a team of seven facilitators. Her professional journey includes roles in client development, curriculum development, and delivery across corporate and not-for-profit sectors. With a STEM background, 15 years in competitive sports, and experience in management consulting, she navigates diverse contexts with ease. Her clients include financial institutions and professional service, telecommunications companies and educational institutions.
Her educational credentials include IFS Level I training, Integral Facilitation certification from Real Life Facilitation Institute, and PPCC coaching certification from Concordia University. Annick holds master’s degrees in engineering science from the University of Oxford, where she researched designer biases in emerging technologies as a Rhodes Scholar, and a bachelor’s in physics from Seton Hall University.
Originally from Quebec City, Annick has lived in South Orange, New Jersey, Oxford, UK, Montreal, and currently resides in Orford, Quebec, near the National Park. Outside of her professional endeavors, she has completed an 80-hour woodworking course and enjoys hiking with her dog.
