Transformational Coach, Facilitator, Organizational Consultant

Kelly Kamaka’alohi Asato is a somatic leadership practitioner and facilitator with over
fifteen years of experience partnering with Global 500 companies, U.S. government
agencies, and mission-driven organizations. She works with leaders and teams to
cultivate greater presence, coherence, and alignment, supporting them to lead from a
more integrated and embodied sense of self. Her work invites a return to what is most
essential, expanding capacity for connection, resilience, and meaningful impact.

Through years of working closely with senior executives, Kelly observes how life
experiences often shape patterns that distance leaders from their deeper truth and
limit their effectiveness. She partners with clients to rediscover and reintegrate their
strengths, vulnerabilities, and longings, bringing awareness to patterns of incoherence
and supporting more intentional and aligned ways of leading. Her work draws from
somatic practice, contemplative traditions, and systems thinking to support
meaningful and sustained transformation.

Kelly’s approach is experiential and grounded in the body. She integrates Eastern
contemplative and martial arts traditions with Western leadership practices, alongside
modalities such as somatic coaching, mindfulness, systemic intelligence, Respectful
Confrontation, and the application of Sufficiency. She creates spaces where leaders
can practice new ways of being, not just think about them, allowing for transformation
that is lived and sustained over time.

Kelly is a certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute for Leadership and
Mastery and is certified in the Leadership Circle Assessment, Respectful
Confrontation, and Mastering Sustainable Abundance. Her clients and collaborations
have included Global 500 companies, U.S. government agencies, and organizations
such as Mobius Executive Leadership, NextGen Leadership, and Winning From Within.
Rooted in the Hawaiian principle of Pono, she is guided by a commitment to being in
right relationship with self, others, and the natural world.
