Michelle Ridgley brings to her role at Seven Stones Leadership over 30 years of experience in learning and talent development. She provides coaching and consulting to enhance the potential of human capital. As a strong practitioner of talent development, talent management, change management, needs assessment, learning strategy, and facilitation, she has demonstrated success in developing trust and building effective partnerships across businesses at all levels.

Michelle is the Founder of Aspire Performance Improvement Consulting, LLC. As a thought leader, her practice focuses on delivering customized impactful solutions and strategies. She helps organizations identify performance gaps/root cause, identify, design, and implement solutions. She specializes in advancing high performance in teams through assessment and group coaching. She expertly deploys leadership development solutions and leverages a portfolio of tools that foster individual, team, and organizational growth.

Her clients include a diverse range or industries: life sciences, biotech, renewable energy, aerospace, pharmaceutical, entertainment, healthcare etc.

Previously at Medtronic plc, Michelle worked as a Global HR Learning & Talent development leader, focusing on talent assessment and team effectiveness. Consulting with teams and workgroups to facilitate and administer tools that drive high-performing teams. She supported ExCom Leadership in global talent management by identifying top talent potential, organization and talent planning, VP development planning, and performance management. Michelle led an award-winning diversity & inclusion council.

Michelle holds an M.Ed. and a Certificate in Organization Development from Cambridge College. She is a graduate of the Partnership’s Fellows Program and UMASS Boston’s Center for Collaborative Leadership’s Emerging Leader’s program.
