Dr. Bukky Kolawole joins Seven Stones Leadership as a trainer, facilitator and executive coach, with 14 years of experience working with individuals and organizations including NYC Department of Education and New York University (NYU). Dr. Bukky Kolawole is dedicated to the design and delivery of dynamic, evocative coaching and learning experiences in which clients increase their knowledge and skills and make meaningful changes, while feeling emotionally engaged through the process. Her* unique engagement style is racially sensitive, culturally informed, emotionally engaging and captivating of clients’ hearts and minds.
The combination of her* passion for helping others access their internal wisdom, her * value for effectiveness, and the emotionally attuned environment she provides sets her* apart from other coaches and facilitators. Dr. Bukky is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
Dr. Bukky is a Black, queer, gender non-conforming woman in pursuit of equity with love, boldness, empathy and vulnerability. Her* purpose is to boldly disrupt systems of oppression with love so that we can all show up in the fullness of our humanity (i.e., with authenticity and vulnerability). She* is also the Founder and Executive Director of Relationship HQ, a place that exists to nurture vibrant human connection so that anyone served feels whole, seen and celebrated in the mirror and in the world. Relationship HQ proudly centers the healing and growth of people of color and queer folx through a menu of offerings including psychotherapy, coaching, workshops and organizational transformation programs.
Dr. Bukky holds a doctoral degree (PsyD) in clinical psychology from Long Island University and currently lives in New Jersey with her wife and their two young children.

For this learning path, you will participate in the 4 virtual learning sessions and be enrolled in one of three Racial Affinity Groups:
1) People who identify as People of Color (Black, Indigenous, Asian, Hispanic)
2) People who identify as Bi-Racial or Multi-Racial
3) People who identify as White
*More specific affinity groups may be formed upon the completion of course registration
We believe that it is important to do our own work with people with similar racial experiences to build capacity for cross-race dialogue that supports authentic relationships and deep belonging for everyone. We will ask you to self-select into the group that best aligns with your racial identity. We recognize that for some this is not a simple choice and we are available to have a conversation with you to support your selection.
